To make Papad cones in Microwave:
Take your favorite Oswal Papad and cut the papad into two halves. Place one half in the microwave and cook for about 10 - 15 seconds. Take out on the kitchen towel and immediately roll it into cone shape. Hold in this shape for a few second to let it cool. Then put the cone again in the microwave and roast for 20 - 30 more seconds. Viola! your papad cone is ready. Repeat the process for the remaining papad cones.
Papad Cone Filling:
Mix some Oswal bhujia with some finely chopped veggies like tomatoes, onions, cucumber and cilantro. Add a tsp of lemon juice, and mustard oil. Add chaat masala and salt to taste. Fill the papad cone with this filling and serve immediately.
